4 Synchro Gearbox Lids
This Lid is a faithful reproduction of the original with drawings produced by our CAD team to make it stronger around the Gear Stick mounting. Made from our own patterns to exacting standards. CNC machined in house these high quality parts are cast in Aluminium LM25 and heat treated. Fully assembled with new selector forks, rods etc. or also available bare.

Heavy Duty Baulk Rings
Considerably stronger than the original, these will resist cracking, breakage and wearing out to a much greater degree.
Steel baulk rings are designed for the most demanding drivers, mainly for racing, brass suitable for other applications. Fits any 4.2 all synchro gearbox with original or our straight cut gears.

4.2 Non-Overdrive Main Shaft
Brand new reproduction of the standard item with a smaller diameter hole to increase strength. Spline ground as original.
Suitable to SWB models but also available for LWB 2+2.

Rear End Case
Top quality reproduction of the original, cast from our own pattern equipment in LM25 and heat treated to TF. These are then CNC machined to our CAD drawings.
Direct replacement for original.

3.8 and 4.2 Bell Housings
These are cast in top quality Aluminium or Magnesium, both are heat treated. Both are far superior to the original in terms of strength and accuracy of alignment.
Choose from the original clutch release fork mechanism or a solid pad in the centre to accept your own co-axial release mechanism, original large starter dog housing, or our slim line design (when using our modern pre-engaged starter) and also a choice to suit 4.2 ring gear as well as 3.8.

Straight Cut Gear sets
The set comprises of all gears including reverse, all brand new manufacture. They will fit directly into any 4.2 all synchromesh overdrive or non-overdrive gearbox using the original type bearings and synchros etc. with no modifications or machining.
The competition set, is made from a higher grade steel and being vibro deburred has a superior surface finish. Both sets are exclusive to us and not available anywhere else.

We also offer complete competition gearboxes for outright sale, no exchange required. These are fully reconditioned by ourselves and supplied with or without bell housing and clutch fork etc. These versions feature our higher grade straight cut gears and a brand new top lid. Supplied with mainshaft speedo drive fitted, however the external fitting is blanked.
