CYLINDER HEAD STUD AND NUT SETS

These are manufactured from the highest grade steel and heat treated in order to have a greater resistance to stretching and therefore, with the special nuts that are supplied, helps reduce head gasket problems.

100S ALUMINIUM CYLINDER HEADS

We have made these with the use of the original works pattern equipment. We then heat treated and fully CNC machined them. They are made to the original dimensions and specifications using our own drawings. They are fitted with precision ground, replaceable, lead-free valve seats of the latest material and complemented by our top quality valves, guides, springs and top caps.

Available in two specifications.
Standard complete with valves, guides, springs and top caps etc but not assembled.
Or fully gas CNC ported, again with all the bits but also assembled ready to fit.

There is a choice of 7/16" or 1/2" diameter head stud holes, please specify when ordering.

NOTE: Rocker and manifold stud kit sold separately.

STEEL CON ROD SET

These are H-Beam style made to our drawings and specification by Britain's leading manufacturer, with conventional fully floating little ends and can therefore only run with pistons that contain circlip grooves (i.e. our pistons CENG409, CENG410, CENG411 and CENG409F).

These 100S Type fit the standard crankshaft with standard type bearings.

100S COMPETITION HEAD GASKET

This modern composite design is suitable whether used on high compression race engines or simply on your pride and joy.  This is more than adequate to do the job.

HEAVY DUTY CYLINDER HEAD WASHERS

A must when using an aluminium head, although also recommended for iron heads as well.

100S CAMSHAFT KIT

DWR 4 Profile is our 100S interpretation with 278 degrees duration, this puts it midway between our DWR 1 and DWR 2 Profiles in performance terms, providing good power with very smooth delivery. This 100S profile is equally well suited to the 100/4 - ideal for a Mille Miglia type rally car.

EXCHANGE CAMSHAFT KITS ALSO AVAILABLE - Reground old units limit the lobe size and position, with this in mind we only accept old units which have not been reground before both on the lobes and journals. Using the original material we heat-treat these to the best limits available. PLEASE NOTE:

Prices include followers and cam lube, but not pushrods.
