100S DIFFERENTIAL NOSE CASE

This Differential Nose Case is a near perfect replica of the original design. Made in a high grade Aluminium alloy from our pattern equiptment and CNC machined to very high tolerances, this is top quality item, and it is currently the only brand new item on the market.

Supplied including ARP bearing cap bolts, nuts and washers.

The case can take both a 2.9 and 3.2 ratio Crown Wheel and Pinion.

DIFF BEARING CAP BOLT

ARP top quality bolt to suit the 100S / BN1 diff case.

7/16" diameter

Sold Individually.  Use with CENG562 nuts and CENG762 washers.

HEAVY DUTY PINION FLANGE

Reproduction of the original in the highest grade steel to help combat the wear on the bearing face and maintain constant pinion preload. Supplied without dust shield.  To suit 100S and BN1.

HEAVY DUTY PINION SEAL HOUSING

CNC machined item from high grade aluminium with thicker section than original, in order to hold the seal firmly and create a stronger gasket face on the mounting joint.  Suits 100S and BN1.

Axle Nuts

Made from high tensile steel to help maintain the clamp load on the bearing in the most demanding applications.

Axle Tube Ends

Made from top quality, high tensile steel. A direct replacement for the original, requires welding on.

HEAVY DUTY PINION SEAL

Top quality item to stand higher heat levels than standard.  To suit BN1 and 100S.

100S RACING REAR BEARING CARRIER

Reproduction of the original 100S racing rear bearing carier.  Suits our racing rear disks.

To also be used with SRAX160 studs.

100S STUD - REAR HUB

High grade, high tensile studs to suit the 100S bearing carrier.

CLUTCH TYPE LIMITED SLIP DIFFERENTIAL

These are a direct replacement for the standard differential. They are exclusively manufactured by ourselves.
