STEEL CON ROD SET For steel crankshaft

These are H Beam style made to our drawings and specification by Britains leading manufacturer, with conventional fully floating little ends and can therefore only run with pistons that contain circlip grooves
(i.e. our pistons CENG409, CENG410, CENG411 and CENG409F).

These are considerably lighter and stronger than standard ones. They are only suitable for use with our steel crankshaft.

Please note that these are supplied as a set of 6.

 

Jensen Steel Rocker Pedestal & Spacer Kit

These are much stronger than the standard aluminium ones and stop the rocker shaft from flexing and fretting. The spacers hold the rockers firm, stopping them from moving up and down the shaft.

LIGHTENED CRANKSHAFT SPROCKET

The original Crankshaft Sprocket is made of soft cast iron, our is made to our own specification from steel billet and heat treated to within close limits, for long life and weight saving.

TAPPET ADJUSTER SCREW

We have reproduced the Tappet Adjuster Screw to the original design with increased high quality 3/8"BSF thread.

'NEW Design that improves the original'

Our new 100/4 Lip Seal Cover is another product from Denis Welch Motorsport that has been taken back to the drawing board and improved in a new form.

For many years we have had to modify original front covers by sourcing or using customers existing parts. By cutting out the felt seal housing and using a special jig, weld in a new housing for a modern lip seal.

Following a complete redesign and using our new tooling based on the original works drawings, we are now making new cover with superb quality engineering. Our new Timing Cover is now better than the original, with the advantage of a seal that actually keeps the oil inside the engine, where it belongs!

We also have 100/4 Lip Seal Cover with a removable inspection plate to change the cam timing if used with our vernier cam sprocket.

METAL FLEXI-HOSE

Replacement for original copper pipe which runs between the oil pump and the block.

The originals are susceptible to metal fatigue resulting in loss of oil pressure and major engine damage.

Change it now!

STEEL CAM THRUST PLATE

Our Steel CAM Thrust Plate is much stronger than the original bronze type and is a direct replacement. This will wear much better and not break.
