The GTSCC cars were invited to join the HSCC’s Autosport Three Hours of Snetterton grid, and GTSCC regulars, Jeremy and denis drove an amazing race in wet and very tricky conditionsto take their Austin healey 3000 not only to class victory, by far, but also to a remarkable second overall.
With assistance from Mark Pangborn as his co-driver at the start of the season and in the remaining two rounds of GTSCC Jeremy also won the class in every race. It was a fitting tribute, not only to Denis, but also to Jeremy’s (and Mark’s) driving and preparation skills.
